Under the Account Information category, you will be asked to enter your account number, followed by the star “*” key. Then you will enter your four-digit Personal ID number (PIN). The first time you access account information, we require you to input the last four digits of your social security number. After you have entered this number we require you to change your PIN to any four digits. You will need to do this for each account you wish to access. Pick a number you can remember easily, and one only you will know.
